Director of Camps & Education Programs

Commitment: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role: We are looking for a high-performance operator to lead the scaling of our Camps, After-School, and Pro-D divisions from 6 to 30 locations. You will own the “who, how, and when” of our year-round programs.

Ideal Candidate: A systems thinker with 5+ years of operational experience who thrives on logistics, HR, and business growth.

Compensation: $65,000 – $90,000 + Benefits.
2. Spring, Summer & Seasonal
Intensive, high-energy roles for the Spring Camp (March) and Summer Camp season (July & August).
Spring Camp Certified Teachers

Commitment: Seasonal Contract (Summer)

The Role: Teach our proprietary, theme-based curriculum (e.g., Salmon Project, Urban Gardening) to small groups. No lesson planning required—focus on delivery and student engagement.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree minimum. B.Ed. or equivalent certified school teachers preferred. Must be passionate about hands-on, cross-curricular learning.

The Role: Deliver our specialized “Mini School” classes and SSAT Prep courses.

Requirements: Masters-degree qualified school teachers (preferred) or experienced B.Ed educators. Must be comfortable utilizing technology in the classroom.

Volunteer Teacher Assistants

Commitment: Flexible (Term-Based, ~2–6 hours/week)

The Role: Gain valuable classroom experience by assisting our Lead Teachers. You will help manage small groups, prepare materials, and support project-based learning.
