Our ten young chefs, aged 4-7, cooked over 10 snacks and meals this week.
Led by “Chef Lindsey”, the students learned about creating balanced meals, the food groups, and even how sugar can impact their bodies.
They learned about dicing, chopping, using equipment safely, the differences between fresh and frozen ingredients, and loved trying out all of these techniques hands-on.
The highlight of the week? The sushi finale on Friday, of course!
