Thursday's lunch

Today for lunch we had a calannini wrap. These are the ingredients that are inside:
Chicken, avocado, onion, cilantro, tomato, white beans, lime, carrots, red cabbage, yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Why are these things healthy for you?
Chicken is good for you because it has protein and protein repairs your muscles.
Avocado is good for you because it is a vegetable and vegetables give you energy.
Onion is good for you because it is a vegetable and vegetables give you energy.
Tomato is good for you because it is a vegetable and vegetables give you energy.
White beans are good for you because they have protein which helps repair muscles and they also have fiber and fiber helps with healthy digestion.
Lime is good for you because lime helps lower your cholesterol.
Carrot is good for you because it is a vegetable and vegetables give you energy.
Red cabbage is good for you because it is a vegetable and vegetables give you energy.
Yogurt is good for you because it has calcium and calcium makes your teeth and bones stronger.
Sour cream is good for you because it has calcium and calcium makes your teeth and bones stronger.
