The Watermelon Electrolyte Juice

For 5 cups you will need:
335g of watermelon
2 ½ cups of coconut water
1 lime cut in half
A blender
Cut watermelon, then weigh 335 grams worth
Pour the coconut water
Squeeze some of half of the lime into the blender
Pour into cups…
And Enjoy!
Why it’s healthy:
It has natural occurring sugar and has only 3 ingredients, which means it isn’t concentrated. This drink is an electrolyte drink like powerade or Gatorade. Our drink helps us restore energy so we can get ready for our next workout faster.
