How we made Tuna Melts:

First, we chopped veggies, scraped tuna into a bowl, added chopped veggies into bowl, stirred, added on toast, added tomato + cheese on top, baked, and ate! #Yummy

Recipe for Tuna Melts:

14.5 oz canned tuna (in water), drained

1/4 cup carrots 

1/4 cup diced celery

1 Tbsp diced red onion

1 Tbsp light mayonnaise (for binding mix together)

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 

Salt and Pepper (for taste)

2 slices whole wheat bread 

2 slices cheese

2 slices tomato

NOTE: 2 servings 



Combine tuna, (all diced) celery, carrots, onion, mayo, salt, and pepper.

Heat skillet (and/or oven) over low heat, spray with cooking spray, place bread on material, add two scoops of tuna salad; level off with bottom of spoon. Place one tomato on each, then cheese in top. Cook until cheese is melted, or until bread is toasted. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.



How we made the Electrolyte Drink:

We first squeezed oranges and lemons, then mixed with water and salt. It was soooooooooo good!
