Plyometrics and core development

Sports Science

During the sports and science camp, we did morning exercises every day. They were plyometrics & core these exercises helped with muscles, power, speed & strength. To do that we sometimes go to the park and work out, such as mountain climbers, stability moves, jump squats, etc. Other times, we stay indoors and do plyometrics videos on YouTube. We also do yoga to get our minds calmed down, and our muscles stretched and relaxed.These exercises help our bodies get stronger and fit.It also helps our abdominal muscles to get bigger & in shape. Now, we are much more healthy & fit! I think it is going to be a fun summer at Pear Tree! 🙂 Summer Camps Vancouver
