On the first day at peartree we ate spaghetti and meatballs which was healthy because there was a homemade cheese sauce and the meatballs had a lot of protein in them.
On the second day we ate Thai curry which was very healthy because it had lots of vegetables and had a good amount of rice, this gives the bodies vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates.
On the third day we ate a deconstructed potato salad which was healthy because there was kale, potatoes, pickles, tomatoes, and a egg. All of those have really good nutrients and covered many different food groups.
every day we would have two snacks and all of them had some kind of fruits or vegetables for snack and some kind of snack that has grains that are good for you.
Our favourites were the chocolate cake and the cookie with raisins in it.
