"Happy Summer Campers"

Pear Tree’s summer camps have got off to an amazing start!

Commencing with their very own West Coast Creatures course, as well as Photography & Card Design, Pear Tree’s students have had an amazing first week of summer camps!
The Photography & Card Design students applied the photography techniques they learned by their teacher, Simran, and took many incredible pictures that showed what a wonderful place Vancouver is, especially in the summer. Take a look at some examples from our students, who were aged 8-11 years old!
In West Coast Creatures, the students focused on a different local species each day, including sea stars and hummingbirds. Lead by their teacher, Lindsey, the class went on several field trips to get up close and personal with west coast wildlife. Each day, the students participated in different experiments, projects and art.
