This morning we did the warm up but this time it was different because the students lead the exercises.
The class was much better than the first day we tried .Jennifer recorded us doing the warm up. We are getting more strong. That’s why we have to do like 10 or more.
What I see is that this warm up will help you be better in sports. This is important because you need to take of yourself and you have good nutrition.
